Wall Covering & Cladding Materials
Introduction
Wall decor materials and solutions have something new every day. Therefore, KarZah, Advanced Materials, introduced Wall Covering & Cladding Materials group to meet its clients’ aspirations. This section includes PVC panels and tiles, cement planks (siding), leather and fabric wall coverings, and metal cladding. Equally important, we incorporate materials like wood, stone, marble, cement, leather, and fabric to ensure effective cost for our customers.
The material benefits vary according to the type of buildings that we will be installing them in. Another fundamental point, this group is one of the largest groups that we provide in KarZah. Therefore, our customers use them for residential, commercial, and educational buildings, both private and government, and in the military sectors. One more positive point, we can install these materials as solutions for walls and ceilings, too.
Categorization of Wall Covering & Cladding
People categorize wall covering & cladding in many ways. However, we, in KarZah, classify them in three only:
Categorization Based on Material
According to the materials we make them from, into five categories:
Wooden Boards
We supply wall wood boards from natural wood or engineered wood. In engineered wood, we cover HDF (High-Density Fiberboard) and MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard).
PVC Boards
Factories make these boards from polymer plastic granules. Then, they convert them into panels and planks at different thicknesses and dimensions.
Some of the end conversions are:
- Faux Marble wall panels
- Faux Wood wall panel
- Granite-like wall panel
- Faux stone wall panel
- Faux brick wall panel
Cement Planks
These planks are also known as sidings. They are panels made of concrete materials, and they have different shapes and patterns, including wood, stone, and brick. We can use them for both indoor and outdoor applications due to their weatherproof properties. They are reasonably priced compared to the original materials, wood, or stone. We always view them as an excellent decoration option because of our ability to paint them with most paint types. Cement planks are easy to install, as we can fix them with screws or using silicone.
Leather Upholstery and Fabric Upholstery
Leather upholstery and fabric upholstery are some of the ancient trades. In this process, we fix a sponge layer on wooden boards and then cover it with leather or fabric. It comes in the form of tiles that are set next to each other or as entire walls. We often use this type where we need sound insulation, such as cinema, theaters, and banquet halls. Besides, upholstery has some styles known as capitone upholstery. In capitone leather or fabric upholstery, we use sunken decorative stitches. We distribute stitches uniformly on the intersection points of straight, oblique parallel lines.
Wall Metal Cladding
We supply the following types of wall metal cladding:
- Cladding: We use aluminum sheets as panels for the cladding of the building exterior.
- Aluminum mosaic tile sheets formed into panels used as an interior walling option for kitchens and bathrooms.
